Doğal Temizlik İçin Sabun Cevizi

Blog metinlerimizde sürekli temizlik için tavsiyelerde bulunduğumuz sirke, limon, karbonat karışımlarına ek olarak, sizi tanıştırmak istediğimiz, başka bir doğal temizlik maddesi daha var: Sabun cevizi.

Sabun cevizi aslında, çoğunlukla Güney Hindistan ve Nepal’de yetişen Sapindus Mukorossi ağacının meyvesi. Branch Basics’in kurucusu Marilee Nelson sabun cevizi denilen bu meyvenin, yüzeylerden kiri kaldıran ve temizleyen saponin adı verilen etkin maddeyi içerdiğini; ev temizliği, çamaşır deterjanı hatta kişisel temizlik ve bakım ürünlerinize doğal bir alternatif olabileceğini söylüyor. Sabun cevizleri antibakteriyel ve antimikrobiyal özellikleri sayesinde yüz yıllardır Ayurveda tıbbında da soğuk algınlığı, bulantı ve baş ağrılarını iyileştirmek için yoğun olarak kullanılıyor.

Koku hassasiyeti olanlar için sabun cevizleri harika bir temizlik alternatifi; çünkü tüm hipoalerjenik ve cilt rahatlatıcı özellikleri yanı sıra, çamaşırlarınızda ve evinizde koku da bırakmıyorlar. Ceviz-fındık gibi yemişlere alerjisi olanlar için de iyi haber, onlar gerçekten yemiş değil. Sabun cevizi; böğürtlen, dut gibi meyvelerle aynı aileden bir ‘berry’. Nelson diyor ki, ‘Bu ağaç ve meyvesi son derece çevre dostu , yenilenebilir kaynakların başında geliyor. Bir ağaç 90 yıl boyunca, yılda 6 ay meyve veriyor ve çıkan atıklar asla kirlilik yaratmıyor. Hepsini kompost bidonlarınıza atıp dönüştürebiliyorsunuz.’ Üstelik bu sabun cevizleri tek kullanımlık değil, çamaşır yıkamak için 7-9 defa aynı meyvelerden deterjan elde edilebiliyor.

Peki sabun meyvesini neler için nasıl kullanabilirsiniz?

ÇAMAŞIR YIKAMA VE YUMUŞATMA

Sabun meyvesi çamaşırlar için doğal bir yumuşatıcı ve temizleyici görevi görür. Tek yapmanız gereken bu meyveleri bir çay poşetine ya da bez bir torbaya koyup, makinenin içine çamaşırlarınızın arasına yerleştirmek. Ancak unutmamakta fayda var, zorlu lekeler için oksijen içerikli etkili bir temizleyicinin yardımına ihtiyacınız olabilir.

Çamaşır yıkadığınız sıcaklığa ve şebeke suyunun sertliğine göre, kullanmanız gereken meyve sayısı değişiklik gösterebilir. Ancak Nelson, ‘Yumuşak ve sıcak bir su için sadece 1-2 meyve, sert ve daha soğuk suda ise 8-9 tanesi yeterli olacaktır. Bir sabun cevizi ortalama 4-9 kez kullanılabilir. Daha fazla kullanıp kullanamayacağınızı anlamak için meyveleri sıkıp içinden sıvı gelip gelmediğine bakmalısınız. Gelmiyorsa, meyve kullanım ömrünü doldurmuş demektir.’ diyor.

EV TEMİZLİĞİ

Sabun cevizlerini ev temizliğinde bulaşık deterjanından cam temizleyiciye, birçok işlevde kullanabilirsiniz. Bunun için bir temizlik konsantresi yapmak istiyorsanız her 3-4 bardak su için 2 meyve kullanmalısınız. Bu meyveleri suda yarım saat kaynatmalı, içindeki saponin maddesinin sudaki etkinliğini arttırmak için de suya atmadan ve kaynama sırasında ezmelisiniz. Ardından süzdüğünüz sıvıyı soğumaya bırakabilir, bir kavanozda saklayabilirsiniz. Temizlik içinse yaklaşık yarım litre suya 2 yemek kaşığı hazırladığınız konsantreden ve dilerseniz 2 yemek kaşığı beyaz sirke eklediğinizde, sonuçlar beklediğinizden çok daha iyi olacak, göreceksiniz.

Bulaşık yıkarken sabun cevizi kullanmak istiyorsanız, çatal kaşıkları koyduğunuz sepete 5-6 tane meyveden koyun ve durulamayı kolaylaştırmak için bir fincan beyaz sirkeyi makinenin üst rafa yerleştirin. Son olarak bir yüzey temizleyici olarak da toz haline getirdiğiniz cevizleri karbonat ile karıştırıp banyo ve mutfağı ovmak için kullanabilirsiniz.

SAÇ VE VÜCUT TEMİZLİĞİ

Saç ve vücut temizliğiniz için yukarıda nasıl yapılacağını anlattığımız konsantre sıvıyı hazırlayın ve doğal bir sabunu nasıl kullanıyorsanız, aynı şekilde saçınıza ve vücudunuza bu sıvıyı uygulayın. Evcil hayvanınızı temizlemek için de bu doğal sıvıyı gönül rahatlığıyla kullanabilirsiniz. Sabun meyvesiyle hazırladığınız konsantreyi bir karıştırıcı ile çırpıp köpürttüğünüzde ise doğal bir tıraş kremi elde edebiliyorsunuz.

Çiçeklerinize ve bahçenize zarar verebilecek böcekleri uzak tutmak istiyorsanız ezilmiş etraflarına dizmeniz yeterli. Hatta evcil hayvanınız pire kaptıysa, kendinize uyguladığınız şekilde şampuan olarak onun üzerinde de uygulayabilir ve parazitlerden kurtulabilirsiniz.

This Information and Clarification Form has been prepared within the scope of processing and transferring the "Personal Data" of real persons regulated by the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). Your personal data, can be obtained by our Company through different channels (SİNPAŞ's headquarters, branches, agencies, sales offices or other subcontractors oroffice and other physical environments where you can communicate with business partners, call centers, websites, mobile applications and similar electronic transaction platforms, through social media or other public channels,with your participation in training, conferences and similar environments they will organize, through the method of investigation or other group companies or other people and organizations they have contracted with, in written, oral, audio or video recording or other physical or electronic media, etc.). As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out below, our Company will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.In this context, personal data owners have the following rights;

right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law, you can send a wet-signed copy of the form, addressed to SINPAS Customer Relations Department, "Dikilitaş Mah. Yenidogan Sok. Sinpaş Plaza No:36 Dikilitaş-Beşiktaş/İSTANBUL ” by hand with the documents identifying your identity or through a notary public.
